As a parent with school-aged children, Jeanne knows and understands how difficult and sensitive it is to move. Jeanne's tenacity and hard work together with her "can do" attitude assures you the best possible service whether you are looking to purchase your next home or sell your existing one. Jeanne will give 110% to each and every client and strives to exceed your expectations and gain your complete satisfaction!

Following a Passion for Real Estate I graduated from the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting/Information Systems. Shortly after graduating, we PCS’d to Vandenberg AFB and I pursued a career in marketing, working as a project's coordinator for the University of California at Santa Barbara. It was here, that I began to develop many marketing strategies and customer-service oriented talents. We fortunately could move back to Colorado Springs in 1999 and this is when I truly saw my parents in need of assistance with their Real Estate business. The technology had drastically changed and it was clear that they needed help! I began working as a Marketing Specialist for Real Estate agents in the area. While working in the marketing field, it was clear I had a passion for real estate. In 2004, I studied and prepared for my Colorado Real Estate License. I passed both the national and state exams on the first attempt in the early summer of 2005. I have enjoyed the new challenges of being a licensed agent ever since!

NATHAN PATTON, Broker Associate

FAMILY: I am the dad of 2 boys, and one on the way. My wife and I have been married for 7 years.

HOBBIES: My wife and I both enjoy traveling whenever possible. We lived in Italy for 2 years and we loved travelling throughout Europe. I love to golf and I have recently took up the sport of curling. I am on the board of the Broadmoor Curling Club.

PRIOR JOBS: Before diving into the world of real estate, I was in the US Air Force for 12 years. The Air Force provided me an amazing opportunity to learn great leadership and management skills, and core values that I have been able to transition into my real estate business.

WHY I CHOSE REAL ESTATE: Throughout my and my wife’s Air Force career, we have bought and sold many houses. Because of that, the practice of real estate has interested me. It is such a great fit, because I love to meet and get to know new people, and help them find their perfect home.
